The physical plant of the District requires short and long term planning to appropriately account for maintenance, new construction and health and safety. This includes oversight of capital projects, a Five Year Facilities Plan and Buildings Condition Survey. A short term (1-3 years) and a long term (4-10 year) facilities plan will be recommended, including prioritization of capital improvements and maintenance.
All meetings will be held at 8:00 a.m. unless otherwise noted below. Meeting location varies.
