Dear Falcons,

Soon we’ll welcome you back to another exciting school year! As the Superintendent of Frontier Central School District, I am thrilled to see our students and families return, ready to embark on a journey of learning, growth and achievement during the 2024-2025 school year. As we start this academic year, we want to ensure everyone is well-informed and prepared.

This school year we will continue to foster an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and equality while empowering every student to reach their full potential. Our instructional staff will continue to provide top-notch instructional programs, engaging curriculum and inspired program choices for students.

Upon returning to school in September, you will notice considerable work being completed at all our schools and significant upgrades in our facilities, including:

• Completion of the multipurpose athletic complex at the High School

• Enhanced security measures in all of our schools to include Zero Eyes surveillance

• Opening of the Middle School pool 

• Completion of the Middle School technology wing

• Start of multipurpose basketball/pickleball courts at Blasdell Elementary

In August, you will receive the District’s calendar in the mail and copies will be available at all Frontier buildings. It is an essential tool designed to help you stay organized and plan ahead. It includes important dates such as holidays, parent-teacher conferences and special events, as well as contact information for our buildings, departments, PTAs and Board of Education, ensuring you won't miss a beat. We encourage you to review the calendar and use it as a resource throughout the year. 

The District also provides digital calendars and countless other resources on our website at www.frontiercsd.org. Other pertinent online resources for timely, pertinent information about the district include the Falcon Update, Facebook and X (Twitter). These are great ways to keep up with student activities throughout the year. 

All of this is an effort to improve communication and collaboration with our Frontier Families. I look forward to a remarkable year of achievement, student growth and shared accomplishments with staff and students.
