MySchoolBucks.com and Lunch IDs
Our Point of Sale (POS) computerized cash register system (Nutrikids) is in all buildings. Families are encouraged to pre-pay for lunches and/or breakfast with this debit cash register system. This can be done through the kitchen in each school building or the online pre-payment system. Checks should be made payable to Frontier Central Food Service. This is a pre-pay debit system, not a credit card system. Positive points of this system include the debited pre-pay program (no carrying of cash), confidentiality, faster lunch lines and improved record keeping for parents and cafeteria staff. As an additional convenience, you may pay with the online payment mySchoolBucks.com. You must know your child's ID# to use this system online.
All students must have a bar-coded picture ID card for this system whether paying cash or using the pre-pay procedures. New Kindergarten students will be given a temporary ID card until the new pictures are taken.
Every student is required to get his/her picture taken at the beginning of school for identification purposes. (No purchase necessary). Students may use his/her old card until the new pictures and cards are completed. Please note: Elementary cards are kept in school but the Middle and High School students are responsible to bring their cards to school each day.

Good nutrition plays an important role in the overall development of youngsters. A comprehensive school lunch and breakfast program is available to all students in the District, featuring a variety of appetizing and nutritious food choices, including fresh fruits and vegetables, lower-fat options and whole grain products.
The school lunch fulfills one-third of a child's requirement for calories, protein, vitamins and minerals; breakfast provides one-quarter. Based upon federal dietary guidelines, menus offered to students reflect nutritional balance, variety and popular food choices.
