Interactive Community Support Network

The Hamburg Drug Free Communities Coalition, in collaboration with the Town of Hamburg, has developed a comprehensive, user friendly, and interactive tool for accessing resources individuals and families may need to help them address substance abuse and addiction. This tool is capable of providing a direct link and directions to each resource from wherever the user is located.
