I hope you and your family are enjoying a wonderful summer and taking advantage of all that Western New York has to offer. While there is still plenty of summer left to enjoy, our staff has already begun preparing for another exciting school year.
As we look ahead to the start of school, I would like to share a few important reminders:
Stay Connected with Apptegy: Please be sure to visit the Apptegy link on the district website and sign up for Apptegy, our districts new communication platform. Throughout the school year, I will use Apptegy to share important school information, reminders, and updates. When a new message is available, you will receive a text notification from 27806. Student Placement Letters: Student placement letters, including your child's teacher assignment and room number, will be mailed home during the week of August 17th. We appreciate your patience as we finalize class placements.
Preparing for Your Return: Our custodial and cleaning staff have been working hard throughout the summer to prepare classrooms and common areas for the arrival of our teachers and students. We are grateful for their dedication and making Pinehurst a clean, welcoming, and safe place to learn.
Parent Information Nights: Parent Information Nights will be held during the evenings of the first three days of school. Parent Information Nights are a wonderful opportunity to meet your child's teacher, learn about classroom expectations, and begin building a strong home-school partnership.
