SOAR PROJECT PHASE 1B - Last week’s edition of the FCU provided some insight into final planning for phase 1a of the SOAR Capital project. This week is a continuation of Phase 1. Phase 1b’s primary focus is at Blasdell Elementary. Blasdell is scheduled to receive a new playground, including new equipment and a new play surface. This work will be coordinated with the sizable change to the Blasdell front parking lot and new bus loop adjacent to South Park Ave.  The District is working with NYSDOT to coordinate the entry and exit space with the traffic signals currently on South Park Ave.
