Frontier Alumnus Named 40 under 40
Richard Chudzik was recently named one of Buffalo Business First’s 40 Under 40 for 2019.
He is the president and owner of Trophy Point LLC, a construction and cost-consulting firm that services the greater Northeastern US with offices in Blasdell and Pittsburgh. Prior to starting the company in 2017, he gained invaluable experience as a Construction Cost Estimator as a member of New York State's most reputable Cost Consulting firm, Baer & Associates. Prior to that, he spent his post-military career supporting Warfighters in different capacities as a member of the Aerospace and Defense Industry. He has held roles in Supply Chain, Business Development, Operations, and General Management with Moog and General Dynamics Land Systems at varying levels.
Chudzik graduated from Frontier High School in 2000. He served as an Infantry Officer in Iraq and Afghanistan with the 82nd Airborne Division as a Line Platoon Leader and Scout/Sniper Platoon Leader, respectively. He obtained his bachelor of science in political science from the U.S. Military Academy, West Point as well as a masters of business administration from Duke University and Masters of English from Cornell University.
Rich is Lean Six Sigma black belt certified and the recipient of the Purple Heart, Bronze Star, Army Commendation Medal, Ranger Tab, USMC Mountain Warfare Certificate, Air Assault and Airborne Badges. He coaches several area sports teams and is a proud supporter of initiatives that benefit veterans and their spouses.
He lives in Orchard Park with his wife, Jillian, and their four boys, Gavin, Nathan, Cole and Jack.
